So we have thoroughly enjoyed doing the 14 days of Valentines for Brian and he appreciated it as well. It really paid off. Not that I was doing it to get anything in return but.........
Saturday night we went out on a date with Brian Brother and his wife and Brian's parents and Grandma. We went to a movie and then to dinner. Of course I had to go to the restroom right upon entering the restaurant, being 8 months pregnant, and when I returned to my seat and lifted my menu to read it, I got a huge surprise!!
I found a big chocolate bar (good choice honey!) with an attached note. Under the note was money and a coupon to a day spa. Here is what the note said (keep in mind the sarcasm is much needed in this situation of pregnancy and made me appreciate it even more):
Happy Valentines Day Kim
Please join me on Friday, Feb 19th for a well deserved evening to relax. Don't worry about a thing. I'll take care of everything. Please use the enclosed money to prepare for this relaxing evening by getting a massage, facial, manicure, or whatever you women like to do to relax. By the time you get home the kids will be at a babysitter and dinner will be ready. (or shortly thereafter)
Oh, and please choose one of the options for dinner on the back of this card, I don't want to make something you're not in the "mood" for!
I Love You!!!!
How sweet is that! So this Friday I have appointments to get a massage and a pedicure while Brian takes care of the rest. He is so wonderful!! How lucky am I to have such a wonderful guy as a Valentine! I love him so much!!

That is so sweet! Tell Brian to give my hubby lessons whenever that day comes! :D
