We had our first child in their first primary program. It was so exciting! You experienced moms might think I am totally a dork but I was beaming the whole time! Addie was so funny. She was sitting right up front and just bouncing in her seat she was so excited. She was trying to hold in her enthusiasm but then it would get the best of her and she would wave and then cover her mouth because she was holding in giggles. She did such a great job.
This year they had the older primary age kids help the younger ones with their parts. It was such a great idea and worked out so well. They were each assigned a younger child to help. Addie was not at the last practice because we were at Brian's parents house so her "helper" did not know Addie was completely prepared. She had been practicing like crazy at home and had her parts down. So her "helper" lead her up to the microphone and was about to tell her the part and Addie blurts in to the microphone "I lived with Him before I came to earth." She looked at Addie and was shocked and then said good job. It was so cute. I was so proud!!
So Addie kept like playing with her dress, putting her fingers in her mouth for some reason, and playing with her hair. So every time she would look at us we would tell her to fold her arms, very discretely I might add. But of course she has to make a big deal out of it and nods her head and mouths to us that things like "okay okay okay okay" as she folds her arms dramatically in front of her. Brian and I were dying. She was so cute and did such a great job. I am so happy that I have a child in primary.

They are so fun, aren't they? Emma likes to give me the "thumbs up" sign when she can't run over and tell me hi. Its soo cute! Our primary program is this sunday. Our kids are nowhere near as prepared, though! We've been a little sick around here.
Good job, mom!
cute, cute, CUTE! Wish I could've seen it!
